Features:

1. FMG-Z1100 high precise film laminating machine is designed and used for multi purposes film laminating machine suitable for water base, solvent base, non-glue film, thermal film, etc

2. PLC controller and touch screen are used in electrical system, convenient operation inverter is used for motor speed regulating.

3. Infinite speed regulator is adopted in automatic feeder, suitable for different paper weight. Vacuum pump free from maintenance, non-lubricator, and low-noise is used in the machine.

4. Big-diameter laminating roller, with oil inside, of automatic temperature control, even temperature distribution is designed.

5. High-precise gluing, coating and metering chrome-plated roller to keep glue even, can be synchronous with main machine speed, also can be different speed separately, film-pressing will be automatically pushed away when main machine stops.

6. Pneumatic device is adopted for slitting and punching, vibrating delivery table is used.

7. Tension shaft is used for film installation, and air-compressing clutch imported from Taiwan is used in tension control system.
